While several individuals are out there trying to lose weight there are a lot of us struggling to gain it. No matter what we do, nothing ever seems to work. If you look like a beanpole (no offense), working in the gym 5 or 6 days a week with minimal to no results can be discouraging. It's very easy for someone to just say; "the hell with it," but it's difficult to go through the trial and error process. The truth is that without the right mindset, it doesn't matter what you do, because the first time you hit a wall that will be it.
Building the right mindset is all about understanding there is a solution out there. We all have different bodies, so the suggestions and recommendations from others might not work for you at all. There are only a couple of ways that are considered "solutions" when it comes to gaining weight effectively. Unfortunately, most people don't know about them.
#2 Don't Fall for the Miracle Solution
There are tons of products out there that promise to help you gain weight, but most of them don't do a thing. It doesn't matter if it's weight powder, supplements, drinks or anything else, there is nothing you can take that will magically make you gain weight.
If you have the right information in front of you, it's easy to see that there are specific steps and techniques that must be used in order to see results. The individuals who think they can just drink some protein shakes and build muscle are just kidding themselves. Do it the right way or you will just be wasting your money over and over again.
#3 The Trial and Error Process
Since our metabolic rates are different from everyone else out there, it is no surprise that you have to go through a trial and error process. One week you might see something that works, but the next week you add something else and you end up regressing.
It happens all the time, which is why some people spend years trying to perfect their bodies. The worst part about it is there are no guarantees anything will ever work. So you could literally spend 5 years in the gym, 6 out of 7 days and still not be happy when you look in the mirror.
What it comes down to it the fastest way to gain weight revolves around using basic fundamentals. Things we overlook that have a major impact on our results. Just think of it like you're baking a cake. If you don't have all the proper ingredients, it will never look or taste like the real deal.
